I came across some ideas for taking care of our mental health right now. I have mentioned a couple before, but it never hurts to repeat. It is important to take extra good care of ourselves right now as we’re isolated because this situation lends itself to depression and anxiety.
I sincerely hope you are staying healthy and making it through each day. That you are still able to see your counselor and progress with therapy. Keep taking care of yourself and I pray you stay well!
